Verification is case-insensitive. Spaces and hyphens inside the unique code are normalised.
Read the result
Repeated checks stay visible.
A valid code is not silently invalidated after one use. The system reports the number and timing of previous checks so an unexpected result can be investigated.
Authentic — checked before
The pair exists, but an earlier check is recorded. Investigate if that check was not yours.
Not verified
Unknown, blocked, expired or incorrectly entered data. Do not use the pack until the result is resolved.
