01 · Specification
Active ingredient, concentration, volume, dosage form, route, storage and packaging are defined as a controlled baseline for every product.
Quality is not a badge on a carton. It is the chain between a fixed specification, a produced batch, a printed pack and a verification entry.
Counterfeit and mishandled product thrives where information is vague. HAMMER narrows that space: the active ingredient, strength, volume, route, storage conditions and legal status are fixed before production and printed on the pack.
Each presentation has its own series prefix. Each carton carries lot and expiry data. Each label carries a unique code that is registered against the product, not just against the brand.
A verification result is deliberately conservative. Unknown, blocked or expired codes are never presented as authentic, and a repeated check is always disclosed with its count and timing.
Each control produces a record that survives the batch. Nothing is accepted on appearance alone.
Active ingredient, concentration, volume, dosage form, route, storage and packaging are defined as a controlled baseline for every product.
Lot and expiry data link a physical carton to a production record. Release is not driven by a marketing date.
Carton, label, scratch-off layer and tamper features are specified together so the printed identifiers match the register.
Series and code pairs are unique. Codes can be blocked or expired, and every public check creates an audit entry.
The verification register is only useful if the data behind it is controlled. The sequence runs from definition to release to public check.
Open product verificationLock the product specification, presentation and identifier format.
Print cartons and labels against the approved artwork and batch data.
Import the series and unique codes and associate them with the correct product.
Record every public check, including repeats, blocks and expiries.
Batch documentation and product information requests are handled through the quality channel. Include the product, series and masked code.
